I must admit that I was happy when I saw it but I hadn't read the books, after the film I read them, and then the movie was a dissapointment, in my opinion. In the book you get way more information + this movie was a bit of a hole in the films, the whole HP story was gone. I don't say it was a bad movie but in my opinion it wasn't the best, it was good to see more from the other actors, and to see that they also have teenager problems but no, I rather see the "normal" Harry Potter films. Rupert did a great job though .

You're a fandom newbie?!?! I never knew this! YAY! That's awesome!

And of course the books will always have so much more details than the films, but I've really come to appreciate the two as completely separate. The books are great and so are the films!

Well I'm not comepletely new :P I always watched the films but I never enjoyed reading, so I never did:P Untill I was so curious about how Harry Potter would end, but I'm also a perfectionist and I was like I'm not only going to read the 7 book, so I read them all. Love the books! But the books did make me more fan then I was before.. maybe that's why I'm on this forum now and everything..
